Took my dog, Cider, in after he was acting super strange and having very “unlike him” GI symptoms. Dr Hooley was so kind and understood all my worries and reassured me he was okay. I didn’t feel patronized or dismissed as a very paranoid pet parent. She took her time with him and walked me through next steps, making sure I felt comfortable too. Thank you SO much for not only the amazing service and making me feel at ease, but fair pricing too.

Dr. Hooley and her team are so gracious and kind! She went above and beyond to save my sweet cat, Izze. She was extremely sick and needed emergency surgery. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend! Thank you, Dr. Hooley! This valley could use more empathetic vets like you!

My experience here was great! My dogs nail had ripped away from his nail bed and he was noticeably in a lot of pain! There was no wait time at all (that was probably just luck) and they were able to get him right in for a quick 45 minute procedure to fix his nail. The vet came out and talked to us about what needed to be done and why. She was very nice and I could tell she very much cared about my dog! Definitely a great place to go if your pet needs to be seen fast! I also felt like they were pretty reasonably priced for the work they did and how quickly we were able to be seen!

First I’d like to thank the staff here for being so kind and just so amazing at what they do. I’ve seen some iffy reviews for them, but in my case, I genuinely feel blessed. They saved my 8 year old chihuahua and I’m so grateful. The price was super fair and they made me feel so confident with them working on her. Dropped her off at around 5:20pm on a Saturday and got her back on Sunday morning at 9am!!! A little over a week later I can say my dog is 100% better and seems happier than she used to be. When I first got her back, I had a slight concern so I emailed them late on Sunday, and someone replied at 1 am to answer me. They even sent me a photo of her while she was recovering over night. Thank you Vital Veterinary!!!

I recently visited this veterinary clinic and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind, and the facility was very clean. The waiting process was smooth and relaxed, and I even had the chance to chat with other pet owners. Each visit has been enjoyable. I previously brought another dog here when it was ill and was impressed with their care. Today, I brought a different dog in after being worried by another clinic that said my dog might lose the use of a leg. However, after an examination by this clinic’s experienced vet, I decided to transfer my dog here for treatment. I had initially wanted to come here but had to visit another clinic due to their mid-week closure. The vet thoroughly explained the condition, clarifying that the black necrotic tissue and the new pink flesh were positive signs of healing. Thanks to their excellent care, my dog is receiving the treatment it needs. I highly recommend this clinic! I had been to many locations previously with my pets in town, this is the best ever.

What a great experience. My labrador needed a sock removed from his intestine on a Saturday afternoon. The surgery was complete in a couple hours and he is doing fantastic 36 hours later. The entire staff was very kind and professional. Could not ask for a better vet clinic.

Best veterinary care my dogs have ever received! Dr. Hooley has performed surgery on 3 of my dogs and attended to our other emergencies with kindness, professionalism and even humor. The facility is spotless and the techs are experienced and helpful. So very grateful!

I can not say enough good things about Dr Hooley and Vital Veterinary. I've been in twice, once with my senior cat to say goodbye and most recently with a crashed foster kitten. When saying goodbye to my old lady cat, the staff was kind, caring and very empathetic. The cost for euthanasia, cremation and a paw print was fair and I did not feel overcharged. Tonight I rushed in with a crashed foster kitten, no questions were asked, they rushed her back and immediately began CPR. Unfortunately, it was too late and she couldn't be revived. Dr Hooley didn't charge me. I was shocked, and so thankful. We need more vets like Dr Hooley and more hospitals like Vital Veterinary. They truly care about people and their pets. Thank you Dr Hooley and your team ♥️

Dr. Hooley and her team are absolutely amazing. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, and you can truly tell how much they care about the animals they treat. I’ve been here multiple times with multiple pets, and every visit has been a great experience. They are efficient while still taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. They did an excellent job with my cat’s surgery, keeping him comfortable and well cared for, and they provided thorough and helpful aftercare instructions. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. Our dog ate some fabric, and because of his past medical issues, we were terrified this would be the end for him. I found this office on Google just minutes from our home and decided to call, even though based on past experiences, we already feared the worst. The tech who answered the phone was incredibly patient, kind, and completely transparent about pricing. They got us in right away. The clinic was clean, calm, and welcoming, which immediately helped put us at ease. After his exam, we were thoughtfully presented with three treatment options, along with time to consider what was financially realistic for us. Our dog ended up having surgery last night to remove the fabric, and we are just so grateful. Dr. Hooley and her team kept us updated throughout the process and even sent pictures of him as soon as he woke up from surgery. The pricing was more than fair for the level of care, compassion, and respect they gave our dog and to us. We genuinely believed we were bringing him in to be put to sleep, but instead, they saved his life. We are forever thankful for this team.
